Your journey begins with a personalised 15-minute online coaching session to set your goals. You’ll then join a two-day, highly interactive in-person training with a select group of up to 12 participants, ensuring plenty of individual attention and practice. After the two days, you’ll have access to quarterly online group sustainment sessions to ensure you continue developing your executive presence beyond the programme. There is an option to add online executive coaching sessions for those who want a more tailored and personal support.
Places are strictly limited to 12 participants, so early registration is highly recommended. Once your payment is complete, your spot is guaranteed. The investment for this programme ranges from $2950 to $5000+, depending on the package you select and the location where it is delivered.
The fee covers the entire experience, including your initial coaching session, the two-day in-person training, the online group sustainment sessions, and a 2-course meal, coffee, tea, and snacks throughout the two days.
